Design
We design your home cinema room or media room with the greatest care, so that you – as well as other members of your household and visitors – will soon be enjoying the best possible image and sound reproduction. We also ensure that the interior décor further enhances to the experience.
Among other things, we figure out the optimal sightlines and viewing angles and calculate seating positions and where to place speakers and subwoofers, all in accordance with the latest Dolby and CEDIA/CTA-RP22 guidelines. We also devise a detailed cabling plan as well as plans for lighting, ventilation, and heating/cooling as needed.
Prefer it to be in the living room?
Are you looking for a high-performance home cinema system but don’t have a separate room available? For you, it’s best to opt for a cinewall or a traditional home cinema setup. These can often be better integrated and less intrusive than you might think, perhaps using built-in speakers, partially or completely. Not only that: projection screens can be retracted into the ceiling and the sound equipment concealed in an elegant audio-visual cabinet.
Equipment
Sonic Images carefully selects the best equipment and materials to achieve the most impressive image and sound reproduction within your budget. Think speakers, subwoofers, surround processors, (multi-channel) power amplifiers, AV receivers, 4K blu-ray players, streaming devices, projectors, projection screens, scalers, screenwall TVs, and so on.
But it doesn’t end at the point of delivery. Sonic Images hooks up all the devices and speakers and takes care of calibrating the whole thing, including ISF calibration of projectors and TVs.
Acoustics
Our expertise in acoustics means that you’ll experience a powerful, yet exquisitely balanced low frequency response. We achieve this by controlling standing waves and boundary gain influences, among other things. At the same time, we ensure beautifully clean, high and midrange reproduction with just the right level of absorption and diffusion. Best of all, we can hide all the acoustic materials from view.
The result? A home cinema that sounds just as good as a commercial movie theatre and, at its best, as good as a mastering studio for movie sound, but a lot more comfortable and much nicer looking.
Sound isolation
Sonic Images will, if necessary, create a box-in-a-box construction in your home cinema room. You can then enjoy movies and music whenever you like without disturbing anyone. In fact, it works both ways – an additional advantage is that distracting sounds from outside can’t penetrate into your home cinema.
Seating
Sonic Images offers high-quality and exceptionally handsome home cinema seating so that you can enjoy movies and music in style – and in comfort. The various models are available in a range of leathers and fabrics, and can be finished with diamond and/or contrast stitching, motorized recliners with multiple motors, under-seat heating, cup holders (with optional heating and cooling), matching snack tables and cushions, and so on.
